What is collected
Booking a call or completing the short questionnaire on this site shares: name, email address, company name and role where provided, the chosen date and time, and the answers about the company's commercial situation. Booking and the questionnaire run through Google Calendar and Google Forms; the data arrives in StillPoint's Google Workspace environment.
Purpose
The data is used solely to schedule, prepare and follow up on the conversation. It is not shared with third parties and not used for mailing lists or advertising.
Retention
Data is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless a client relationship develops. In that case it is kept for as long as the engagement and statutory record-keeping require.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics: cookieless, anonymised visitor statistics. No cookies are set and no personal data or IP addresses are stored.
